Extremely personal and the best service. From the moment you walk in the door of the service department, you are greeted with "How can I help you". They are super fast and they also have a b From the moment you walk in the door of the service department, you are greeted with "How can I help you". They are super fast and they also have a beautiful lobby with a tv, coffee and sofas that you can wait until your car is finished. It's so nice, I would have no problem sitting there for hours. They called me midday to give me an update which was awesome and when I went to pick up my car I was so happy as they did an oil change, filter change and an inspection for $72.00 and they reconnected my splash guard too. That kind of service is priceless and that is why I have leased my vehicles with Nissan for the past 20 years. More

Great Service I called my agent, Steve D'Aurizio , and told him my search engine light came on 3 days after my expensive repairs. He told me to bring the car in the I called my agent, Steve D'Aurizio , and told him my search engine light came on 3 days after my expensive repairs. He told me to bring the car in the next morning. He got my car right back for diagnostics and then sent me back to work on the shuttle so the mechanic could dig deeper to see what was causing this. In two hours, the shuttle came back and got me, Steve had my car brought to the door and I was on my way. He did a great job explaining things to me and told me he and the mechanic had confidence that everything was okay. Awesome Service!!!! More
