I did not wait, so as service was done on my vehicle I was kept informed via phone calls and text messages. Always a great experience I went in for oil change, inspection, and problem with my nav system. I was able to call and make appointment for next day. Poor Experience made me turn around Came in to get information on the cars. They directed me to Serge, but the moment I said I had a pre-approval letter with Capital One they traded sale Came in to get information on the cars. They directed me to Serge, but the moment I said I had a pre-approval letter with Capital One they traded salesman and put me with Rick Hicks. Not only was I shuffled to a back office, rather than out to the lot to discuss cars, he basically demanded that I gave him proof of the letter and proof of income before he would go on about anything. Then he spent time lecturing me on the value of my car and how interests rates works like I was a child and hadn't done my homework. When he gave me a paper to sign to run my credit, I said I only authorize going through capital one and don't want my credit hit by all their bankers. He comes back saying all he did was pull my credit report which wouldn't hit my credit, but it did and I lost 2 points (thanks notifications from Credit Karma). He refused to show me anything until I told him how much I would be putting down even though I explained I just was there to find out more about their models. He was so rude and getting frustrated that he walked out to do who-knows-what. After 10 minutes of waiting in that back office and getting annoyed, I just walked out. Not a single agent in the showroom said goodbye. Worst experience ever! More
