Nothing Special, Very poor communications. Wasn't ecstatic when we first dealt with the dealer ship. The sale almost fell apart about 10 minutes into the sale. After we decided to walk away from the table the sales Manager realized that we weren't going to fall for the bait and switch and gave us our original deal. We made an appointment for an oil a scheduled oil change. As we scheduled the appointment we asked about the recall for the passenger side air bag. We where told at the time of the appointment that our vehicle did have a recall. They did not have the part in stock at that time and they would let us know when it would be in and could be repaired. We arrived at the appointed time, Checked in with the service department and had a seat in the waiting room. 2 hours later we get our vehicle back. They realized that they had the part to fix the recall and decided to repair it with out informing us. This delay caused us to cancel another appointment we needed to attend and delayed us to pick up our son from work. If we would have been informed that the part was in and they would be able to fix the recall we would have dropped the car off. Completed our other commitments and picked up the car latter on. All the employees were very nice and polite. They even offered to give us a 7 dollar key fob cover and vacuum the inside of the vehicle for our inconvenience. More

Most Accomodating! I made an online appointment a few weeks back for inspection, oil change and two recall fixes. The appointment was for first thing Saturday morning a I made an online appointment a few weeks back for inspection, oil change and two recall fixes. The appointment was for first thing Saturday morning at 7:30 am. The night before I realized I had not gotten a confirmation or reminder email but went to the appointment anyway. Sure enough, the online reservation for whatever reason did not register. However, the employee at Colonial Nissan fit me in without hesitation and the staff did all the work that was needed. Great customer service and would highly recommend. Wish I caught his name but date of service was 8/27/16. More

The valet guy I did not get his name but he was very nice and courtesy, I especially like the way he put the paper on the floor of my truck and the plastic on the seat, and when it was done he removed the paper and plastic for me. The waiting room was very nice and clean and the seats was comfortable. I enjoyed my visit and look forward of returning again for my next oil change. You guys rock! Keep up the good work. More
