Most Accomodating! I made an online appointment a few weeks back for inspection, oil change and two recall fixes. The appointment was for first thing Saturday morning at 7:30 am. The night before I realized I had not gotten a confirmation or reminder email but went to the appointment anyway. Sure enough, the online reservation for whatever reason did not register. However, the employee at Colonial Nissan fit me in without hesitation and the staff did all the work that was needed. Great customer service and would highly recommend. Wish I caught his name but date of service was 8/27/16. More

The valet guy I did not get his name but he was very nice and courtesy, I especially like the way he put the paper on the floor of my truck and the plastic on the seat, and when it was done he removed the paper and plastic for me. The waiting room was very nice and clean and the seats was comfortable. I enjoyed my visit and look forward of returning again for my next oil change. You guys rock! Keep up the good work. More
