I had been looking and comparing many jukes within 100 miles by using car gurus and i got in contact with mike fuller. He emailed me and sent me links with pictures to a used juke that i now have. He set me up with Shak whom is a salesman there and i was relieved when i realized i was laughing and having fun instead of trying to defend my self being a woman in a car dealership. there service is really good shak even referred me to someone whom lowered my car insurance. I'm glad i came here. It was a terrific time and experience. More

Second car in 2 years I bought from Vinny!!! In May 2014 I walked in to Colonial with no intention of buying a car. I was simply going to look at a Rogue. The minute I walked in Vinny greeted m In May 2014 I walked in to Colonial with no intention of buying a car. I was simply going to look at a Rogue. The minute I walked in Vinny greeted me and we struck up a conversation. Within minutes I felt like he was a lifelong friend. Within 24 hours I was driving out of the dealership in the Rogue that I wanted. Sadly, that Rogue was totaled by a drunk driver 2 weeks ago and I was on the hunt once again for a new Nissan. The only person I would talk to in my quest was Vinny at Colonial. I brought my dad with me to get his opinion on a larger vehicle. Over the past 2 years I saw Vinny regularly at the dealership when I was in for service and as soon as I walked in I asked for him and only him. Once again I felt like I was talking to my lifelong friend. I actually called Vinny shortly after my accident to let him know what happened to my Rogue as I did with all my friends and family. At the end of the process my dad, who had never met Vinny before, asked if I'd known Vinny for a long time. The whole process was warm, relaxed, no pressure. I told Vinny what I wanted and once again he came through. What I thought was going to be a long stressful process due to insurance with the totaled vehicle was filled with laughs in a relaxing environment. I can't say enough good things about Vinny. He is the best! More

I had a few services done to my car at this location which have turned out to be fair enough except for an issue after purchasing a remote starter. Certainly only 13 months after the installation date and one of my key remote controls couldn't work even though i hadn't use it much as my main control. However, I contacted them to notify them about the issue and also to find out if I could bring in the car to them so they could check it out but unfurtunately they simply told me to wait until someone from the dealer contact me which they never followed through. It would be appreciated if they did not only focus on selling! More

I would recommend Nissan as they are the most caring and knowledgeable people I have ever met. Joe Gerbino, the Mgr is the best person I have ever met. He spends time with his customers as well as his knowledge with everything I can mention. He is a kind, caring person that you don't find anylonger. He speaks softly, never raising his voice, whether it be with his employees or when customers are there waiting to speak with him. I also would like to commend Anthony, who I purchased my car from. He is also a very kind and caring person, When I call to speak to anyone there at Nissan, they are all the most caring, understanding and knowledgeable people I have gotten the pleasure of meeting. Jim is the best in the Service Dept as well as Donna, who is so knowledgeable Do not let her go. More
New Maxima! I was shopping for a new Nissan Maxima since September 2015 and also a new Dealer. I have the opportunity to meet Brandon, Vinny and Nigel. After res I was shopping for a new Nissan Maxima since September 2015 and also a new Dealer. I have the opportunity to meet Brandon, Vinny and Nigel. After researching dealerships and reviews, I came back to Colonial Nissan of Medford to purchase my New Maxima. I was assisted by Vinny, who made me and my friend feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed us around and guided us through the available cars there. Although, the car that I want was not available in his dealership; Vinny went above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect car that I exactly wanted. For this, it is a sign that he cares a lot more for the customers which in return I appreciated a lot. Nowadays, it commonly seen that car salesmen just don't do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But, salesman like VINNY delivers an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience. He found the exact car that I wanted from a different Nissan Car Dealer, and it is because of the way that he conducts business, I waited for him to get the car to his dealer. The negotiations process was smooth and an agreement was reached very quickly. I sadly traded in my older Maxima but I gained a new Maxima and a new Dealer for my every-day maintenance and repairs. Nigel, Finance Director, was a very “funny” person to deal with and he loves his different color socks. He made the finance process go smooth and explained clearly all my different options that will benefit me. I really enjoyed this buying process and I am enjoying my new car today. Great Job Vinny!
