Nilo went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase and the financing, understood the workings of the new vehicle, and had everything I needed before I drove it off the lot. Jim Islami is also fantastic! He's extremely knowledgeable about how to trade in and repair my old Nissan.
