Incorrect Diagnosis of the Problem - Tried to Overcharge Me My four year old Juke with less than 25,000 miles on it wouldn't move when I turned it on so I planned on getting it to the dealership closest to wher My four year old Juke with less than 25,000 miles on it wouldn't move when I turned it on so I planned on getting it to the dealership closest to where I live to get it checked out. I brought it here on a Friday afternoon and they claimed they would check it out and call me the next morning with an update. It was only after I called them after 2pm on Saturday that I got a call back telling me it would cost $960 to replace all my brake pads and rotors. They claimed the rotors were too corroded and warped to even resurface them. After calling around I realized that even if this was the case, the price tag was way higher than what I could pay elsewhere so I decided to take my car back and pay them the $120 for checking it out. When I showed up on Monday to get my car first thing in the morning, they claimed it was still up on the lift with no tires on and they'd need 10 minutes to get everything ready. My boyfriend and I asked that they come get us from their waiting area when the car was all set, but over a half hour later we were still sitting there. It was only because my boyfriend went to get something from his own car in the parking lot that he saw my car was sitting there ready to go, but no one came to tell us. After all that, I ended up only having to replace the front brake pads and now my car is running perfectly - there are no problems with my rotors at all. The brake pads cost me $40 not nearly the $1000 that the dealership said I would have to pay. This place is a scam. They thought they could take advantage of me because I am a young female and I will never take my car here again and will warn others to stay away. More

Although maximizing profits is always the goal with any dealership, Nilo did what he could to keep his dealership in the mix and ultimately close the deal. He has a knack for making you feel like he is working with you to make the sale. No high pressured sales tactics or sales add ons. Nilo is knowledgeable and a great guy to work with. Great Dealership experience I have brought 2 cars at this dealership. In comparison to the other dealerships I have been to, the other Nissan dealership that I brought a car with I have brought 2 cars at this dealership. In comparison to the other dealerships I have been to, the other Nissan dealership that I brought a car with, and the several Nissan dealerships I've been to get the best deal on a car. Colonial Nissan of Medford consistently had the best deal for 2 cars in a row. The salesmen I brought cars from were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The service department has always been professional and friendly. I always thought the recommended maintenance was reasonable. Lastly in my experience, people at dealerships are always friendly when you are buying a vehicle. This dealership are actively friendly and professional even after you buy a car. Clark Olivier was my salesman. He is new to the dealership but was impressive in his knowledge of the vehicles. He was friendly and and easy to talk to. He really help me get a very good deal on my new car. Also after the sale, the customer service is still at a high level. I highly recommend that when you buy a car, you get a salesman who you are comfortable with. It's a large purchase and the negotiation to get the best deal is complex. Of course, the salesman works for the dealership and makes money from the dealership but you want one that is looking for a win-win scenario for everyone. Clark is a high quality salesman. If you have a choice, and you do, find a salesman like Clark. The car buying experience will be much more enjoyable if you do. Anthony Riccio is in the finance department. I can tell you from observation that he will do everything possible to get you the best loan possible. The day I brought my car was a busy day in the dealership. While I waited I watched him working with people to get them good loans. Sometimes it took minutes, sometimes about a hour. Everyone left that office with a smile on their faces. Also a quick thank you to Vinny Varacalli. He spends a lot of energy in customer service. I very much enjoyed my car buying experience at Colonial Nissan. More
