Bought my brand new Versa there few days ago. Got a great deal on the vehicle! Everybody was easy to deal with, Al was the man! If you go there go check him out he will take care of ya. By far the best car-buying experience I have ever witnessed. I was loyal to Jerry Rome of Nissan for 10 years, but now have a new loyalty to Colonial. I was greeted at the door by Al Abramson, who was very friendly and very very helpful. We discussed various models and finanance options. When my wife and I decided we wanted the Altima, we met with Gary friendly and very very helpful. We discussed various models and finanance options. He even pointed out some misreported entries on my credit report and explained how to fix them(something he did not have to do, but I am very glad he took the time). The overall experience was very smooth and very friendly. More

My husband and I saw dealer Fred Festa, he is very friendly and puts you right at ease. He listened to what we were intrested in for the rate we could afford and worked with that to get us the car we friendly and puts you right at ease. After test driving the Nissan Rogue at another dealership I knew it was the car for me, but the competing dealership left me feeling like a number not a person, I decided I'd prefer to purchase the vehicle f I knew it was the car for me, but the competing dealership left me feeling like a number not a person, I decided I'd prefer to purchase the vehicle from a dealership that had a greater emphasis on customer service, I found that dealership at Colonial Nissan. I came in after work on a Tuesday night ready to make a deal and was greeted by finance manager Gary Starr. Gary was friendly and helpful, after discussing what I was looking for he introduced me to Greg who went looking for the vehicle I had printed out from their inventory record with Nissan. Negotiating the deal for the vehicle was no issue, they beat the other dealer's price and offered me fair value for my trade with no negotiations (as rarity these days). Even though I threw them a curve ball by changing my financing at the very last minute, they took it all in stride, no high pressure sales tactics for extended warranties or "fabric protection" upgrades. I picked up the car a few days later and Greg took the time to walk me through all the features of the vehicle. There was really only one negative to my experience with Colonial Nissan, the 3 hour wait to finally take the car home because it was ready for me when I arrived to pick it up. Overall I had a very positive experience with the team at Colonial Nissan, both Gary and Greg were fantastic, clearly their top priority is customer service and I would recommend them over the larger more prominent Nissan dealerships in the area. After much negotiations on price and payment the dealer screwed me on the interest rate of my loan. I just purchased a home 6m ago and I was expecting a new car interest rate of about 2% for my 2010 Rogue, instead they get me for 4.54% (and I have a credit score in the mid 700s) Dealers get (kickbacks) from banks they use to sign up borrowers. I'm sure they gave me a crappy rate to make more money on the price of the vehicle. My fault for not looking closer at the agreement, but I will not be doing business here again.
