My experiance as a whole was great. As I walked up to the dealership i was immediately greeted by Fred Festa. Right away he made me feel at ease with purchasing a car. Not seeing the exact model i wanted he suggested a Xterra. We took it for a test drive and I was impressed with it. I was still a little hesitant to sign any documents but we went over everything that day. They were very patient with me. The dealership closed and they were still working with me a hour later. I felt bad when i left and didnt sign any paper work but they understood and allowed me to at least think it over through the night. The next day I called up Fred and told him i wanted the car. He got me in there the next day and I purchased my new car. The one thing i was impressed with was that Fred let me know he was here for me. He was looking to get me the best deal around and i feel he did. I would reccomend Fred Festa to any of my friends looking to purchase a car because I know he will have their best interest at heart.
