Great car buying experience. We weren't sure what we were looking for and this was the first dealership we stopped at. We explained to Mike that we would not commit to any make/model before trying sever were looking for and this was the first dealership we stopped at. We test drove the Cruze and after visiting a couple of other dealerships in the area we came back to Colonial to purchase the Cruze. The Cruze model we wanted was not available at this location in the color we liked so they quickly located a vehicle and I was able to pick it up at Colonial just 3 days later. (It would have been only one day but i had to work the weekend) They also worked with us to keep the payment where we wanted it to be. Very happy customers :) More

Very friendly staff, that went over and beyond to make this experience a good one. Michael dealt with everything for me like getting plates and registration, and even drove the vehicle to the ferry to get this experience a good one.
