Brand new 2022 Grand Wagonner series II purchased and it has been back now 7 times to service, first issue sway bar, all other issues monitor related and unable to use comfort controls. Especially dangerous while driving if you can not use your defrost! NO CALL back from Nick Surdis. they now tell me it is Chrysler problem and to contact chrysler to start a case on a brand new vehicle that is still in their possession to be fixed. Highly unprofessional . Not to mention we purchased a 2022 Gladiator Rubicon at the same time. We traded in a 2020 Range Rover and a 2020 F-type Jaguar. You would think they would correct the problems I have had with the Wagoneer. More
