Brand new 2022 Grand Wagonner series II purchased and it has been back now 7 times to service, first issue sway bar, all other issues monitor related and unable to use comfort controls. NO CALL back from Nick Surdis. they now tell me it is Chrysler problem and to contact chrysler to start a case on a brand new vehicle that is still in their possession to be fixed. Highly unprofessional . Not to mention we purchased a 2022 Gladiator Rubicon at the same time. We traded in a 2020 Range Rover and a 2020 F-type Jaguar. You would think they would correct the problems I have had with the Wagoneer. More

Tried to use the air conditioner and it didn't work. The problem was a broken wire. I asked if it should have been checked in inspection before the car was sold. I was told how do you know it wasn't? Try talking to the place that sold you the car...I purchased it here. Charged 363.00 dollars for a broken wire. Rui has an attitude and is not doing your dealership any justice. I spoke to the sales manager and he rectified the problem for me. If it wasn't for him I would never step foot back in this dealership. This one employee is going to make you lose lots of money.Thank you Josh for being a stand up guy. More

Went into this dealership this past Monday, with a printed out build for a ram 2500 truck. I gave it to the salesman who went in back for quite a while only to come back with something very different printed out build for a ram 2500 truck. I gave it to the salesman who went in back for quite a while only to come back with something very different. He handed me a paper with a build for a 4x2 truck in stead of 4x4. I asked him to fix it, at this time he informs me that you can get the 'snow chief package' on a gas truck, that you had to get a diesel (that is a lie by the way). So he goes in back to fix the build to a 4x4 truck, when he returns the build now has $2100 equipment group added to it that was never discussed or requested. When I questioned the addition and the story about the snow chief package the salesman basically shut down and stopped dealing with me. when I asked if pieces of the package could be added separately I was informed that Ram is "out of the whole package, they are all out" even though the same guy told me minutes earlier I could get the package if I made a $9,000 upgrade to a diesel truck.... I went to Stateline CJDR in Somerset just minutes away the very next day, they built exactly what I wanted no problem no hassle. I would encourage anyone in the market to also avoid this dealership and head to Somerset.. a 20 minute drive could save you an hour of lies and run around. More
