Most of the negotiating and sales questions were done through email or over the phone which made for a very easy transaction for me as it wasn't easy for me to come out to the dealership to look at the v through email or over the phone which made for a very easy transaction for me as it wasn't easy for me to come out to the dealership to look at the vehicle I purchased. The ability to make an offer on your website without having to step into the dealership was a huge time saver. Your dealership and salesman (Mike Derr) basically allowed me to make a purchase over the phone because of the prompt responses to my questions and concerns.
