I realize that it is not often that you have three trade ins but I had them so that is what we did. Overall feel like my trades came up short around 4850. We did get the extended warranty and the undercoating and interior treatment so we made a commitment to keep and enjoy this automobile. I challenge the entire dealership to prove to my wife and myself that you are worth the extra dollars that we provided for our first Toyota. My wife & I have been car shopping for quite a while, looking for a new SUV. He was very helpful and informative and quoted us a price that was worth the 60 minute drive to check out. Before we even walked into the showroom we were immediately met with a friendly greeting and then introduced to Jason. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and made us feel relaxed and at ease while making our decision. We were extremely impressed by the overall facility (cleanliness of the showroom and parts & service departments, hours of operation, and friendliness of the staff). We purchased a 2012 Toyota Highlander Limited that day and even though we live out of town are highly considering using this facility for service in the future.
