I have been a Colonial customer for over a decade and have only had the most pleasant experience both with Sales and with Service. My most recent purchase was a Toyota Certified Used 2021 Rav4 Hybrid. I can't speak to the longevity of the vehicle, as it is a recent purchase, but the shopping and purchase experience was very good. I found a car I liked online and went to see it on the lot. We were greeted by salesperson Kennia who was a pleasure to work with throughout the transaction. There was no pressure and, as it turned out, a lot of test driving. Kennia was patient and personable. She was able to gather and provide all the information about the vehicles we were interested in. The only 'hiccup' had to do with the DMV and insurance, neither of which are the fault of sale or the dealership. I would recommend Colonial Toyota to friends and family, confident they would get the same excellent service as I have had over the years. More
