Hector is by far the worst sales person I have ever had to deal with. Overly familiar, rude and obnoxious, without the capacity to self deduce and work things out. He had no people skills whatsoever and walked out on me - the customer! I will recommend this service center because of the great people like John Harris or Roger malmeth, that work here.
