Unprofessional Called the dealership about a 2011 Toyota Highlander. Spoke with "Bill"; he told me the car is available. Drove to Colonial Toyota for ONE hour!!!. Called the dealership about a 2011 Toyota Highlander. Spoke with "Bill"; he told me the car is available. Drove to Colonial Toyota for ONE hour!!!. Bill did not aknowledge my presence there, as I was told to wait to see him. After waiting for 30 minutes Bill walked up smiling and told me three other people want this car and that I would not get it. Wasted TWO hours !!!! Driving for nothing. Great First Leasing Experience I recently needed a car sooner than expected. I did some research and went to a few of the other dealerships in the area but it was not going as smoot I recently needed a car sooner than expected. I did some research and went to a few of the other dealerships in the area but it was not going as smoothly as I hoped until visiting Colonial Toyota. I pulled into Colonial Toyota's parking lot and was met at the front steps by James. I was completely honest with James from the very beginning on what I wanted and what I was capable of spending. Immediately I felt he had my best interest in mind and he did everything he could to help me get the car I wanted without having to settle and I still stayed within my budget. We met 3 times before signing due to my schedule and once again afterward. He was just as helpful and enthusiastic throughout every visit. He was happy to answer any questions I had even after contacting him numerous times with questions and concerns that come along with leasing for the first time. When we finally completed the deal he gave me an excellent overview of how to use all of the features that come with the Scion iM. Frank gave us a very fair price on the vehicle and worked hard to find us the exact vehicle we wanted. The used car department gave us what our trade in was actually worth and made the trade in process effortless. When we took delivery of our new vehicle Jeff Lewis made the paper work as painless as possible and the new car was absolutely perfect, not even a waterspout on the paint.
