The only reason I am giving Colonial Toyota a high 3 star review is because Judi Rovinelli was pleasant and courteous, her Manager Dan Pagan on the ot The only reason I am giving Colonial Toyota a high 3 star review is because Judi Rovinelli was pleasant and courteous, her Manager Dan Pagan on the other hand was not. I understand that a dealership needs to sell as many cars as possible in a month but if you are a no haggle dealer then don't haggle especially if you make it a point to mention that several times throughout the process. We where in the market for a new Corolla and Colonial Toyota was the first place we visited at the end of October. We gave it a few weeks and after checking out other dealerships we decided to call Judi Rovinelli at Colonial because we enjoyed our experience with her. After agreeing on a price with Judi we mentioned that we wont be able to come in for at least a week and a half because of our work schedules. Remember this is a no haggle dealer. Judi said that it was fine and it wont be a problem. A few days later Judi called me just to follow up and make sure we are on schedule and on that same day we got another call from her stating that her manager Dan Pagan out of the blue said that if we don't do the deal that day then they will not honor the price we agreed on. What happened with waiting a week and a half and what happened to the no haggle dealership? They mentioned that all the paperwork can be done over the phone and via email but I explained that I was at work and my fiancee (who the car is for) was working at the hospital and doesn't have the time or access to do this but this just fell on Dan Pagan's deaf ears. I told Judi that I am not going to be pressured into buying a car and please keep in mind that Judi was wonderful and she is not the issue here and I feel bad that she couldn't get the sale from us. Because of this I went on truecar.com and found Westchester Toyota with a much better price (few hundred less) and all around real friendly no pressure staff. I told Westchester Toyota that because of our work schedules we wont be able to come back for a week and guess what, no pressure phone calls later on that week to force us to close the deal earlier. We ended up buying the car with Westchester Toyota instead. Again Judi at Colonial Toyota was great and is very courteous and pleasent to deal with but Dan Pagan her Manager is the one who made Colonial lose the sale and we can all thank him for making the deal go sour. If you every go to Colonial Toyota make sure to deal with Judi Rovinelli and be cautious with Dan Pagan. More

Gaby worked in tandem with Frank Pratts, who ran the numbers for us and answered the finance questions; he did so without pressure or any nonsense. When we went back to purchase the car, we noticed a completely different car and felt it better suited for our needs. Frank had no hesitation in reworking numbers and I came back the next afternoon to find it off the showroom floor and ready to drive. Gaby took us for our second test drive, answered all my questions and, upon my decision to purchase that car, he set up my phone/bluetooth system with me. I am thrilled with my new Toyota Camry. This dealer offered great incentives, excellent financing, easy service and professional staff. Having shopped many different makes and models, I can say with confidence you should stop by and test-drive a car at Colonial Toyota. More

My very positive experience began when a very lovely young woman Mia greeted me as she opened the door for me. The showroom was beautiful. It provided a clean and calm atmosphere. Bill Ndreu was wonderful to work with. He was the opposite of the salesman I had encountered along my journey. Bill was pleasant, patient and answered all my questions clearly and concisely. A few minutes into our first conversation I knew that I wanted to purchase my car from him. The day I took possession of my car Bill went over everything in detail until I understood. Bill Ndreu made my experience a pleasant one. The dealership is fortunate to have him. More

He was incredibly helpful and when I mentioned I would like to see a Highlander, he found two on the lot and explained in depth the differences between both. He was very knowledgeable regarding my current lease termination and introduced me to Frank Pratts, one of the general managers, who was also pleasant, knowledgeable and very forthcoming with information and guidance, as well as expedient. I was shocked that I was able to pick up the car that very afternoon. No haggle, no guesswork doesn't even cover how easy it was! These are two lovely, knowledgeable gentlemen whom Toyota is lucky to have in their employ. Kudos, Toyota, these are keepers! More

He worked hard to deliver what he promised and never gave me any false hope. He is the manager and did not have to do all he did but when his sales rep needed help he jumped right in to close the deal not because he wanted the sale but he saw what I wanted and delivered. More

My wife has been after me for quite some time to buy another car, and finally talked me into going to Colonial Toyota of Milford to start the process of looking for one. We were immediately greeted at the door; and I thought here we go, the pressure is on! But what a pleasant surprise! We were introduced to Lorena Vasquez, and Frank Pratts..They both made us feel welcomed, and immediately put us at ease. Lorena and Frank were very knowledgeable and professional. They were very respectful of our busy schedules, and led us through the process at our own pace. Lorena and Frank made our transaction very seamless and a pleasurable experience. They both went the extra mile, and I will never shop for another car anywhere else! More
