After looking around the area for a certified used Highlander I wound up at Colonial where right away I could sense this was a different sort of Toyota dealer, people were polite and easy going, not t Highlander I wound up at Colonial where right away I could sense this was a different sort of Toyota dealer, people were polite and easy going, not the pressure that others had tried to use. I was introduced to Frank Pratts who showed me his available inventory and it was just simple, they had the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Frank was very knowledgeable and attentive, he looked after a couple details that I had concern with and was always a gentleman. I was at ease working with him, none of the standard car salesmen crap...a really a top flight experience. I should add that the service department is great too, set up an appointment and they greet you at the door. The service needed was completed on time and with more good attitude, this time from Roger Malmuth. They even shuttled me back and forth to work with Paul and Al at the wheel, again with the good attitudes. I bought a certified 2011 RAV4 from Frank two weeks ago. Everything that this place has is very transparent on the website and nothing is hidden behind the screen. He will tell you what you need to know about both the car and the service. He never forces you to buy things like insurance or warranty you don't need. I remembered once I was in Frank's office, he was helping a very old lady to deal with the insurance company and make an appointment. The old lady was Frank's former customer and he has sold 3 cars to her over 26 years! More
