Shawn Keogler was a knowledgeable, incredibly affable salesman who answered all my questions honestly and did not play the typical games that salespeople like to play. Erica Kopp took care of all the financing and paperwork issues with ease and a smile on her face at all times. After the deal was complete, Michael Britland took his time to explain everything about my new car, synced my phone, and did so in an entertaining and informative way.
