The missing star in my review is due to the categorical dismissal of a query by another service advisor: When asked why CarPlay was no longer working, she insisted that I go to BestBuy to get a "real" cord. Upon my insistence that the problem was beyond the cord, she enlisted Greg Cohen who was incredibly methodical in narrowing down the problem to the radio's membrane, making the planned diagnostic appointment (and cost) unnecessary. Thanks to staff like Frank and Greg, I trust (and recommend) Colonial Volkswagen. More

The staff is friendly, and every time I’ve been in I wait there for the car and they always try to get me out quickly. However, I wonder if that is at the peril of quality service. I have now had my car in t there for the car and they always try to get me out quickly. However, I wonder if that is at the peril of quality service. I have now had my car in twice, and my wipers were not replaced and the driver side wiper was actually torn and not working for both of those trips which leads me to believe they didn’t even inspect it. Service here has been better than some dealers. I’ve gone to in the past, but definitely could be better! More

Worked with Frank and the team in the Service Department. All were great. They kept me informed on a long lead time part for warranty service on a very new car, and completed what they could promptly. Car All were great.
