Best experience ever at a car dealership Went to Colonial on a Saturday morning around 9:40, and 1 hour later I bought a 2014 Passat TSI. A friend of mine has referred me to Mr. Pierre Saliba Went to Colonial on a Saturday morning around 9:40, and 1 hour later I bought a 2014 Passat TSI. A friend of mine has referred me to Mr. Pierre Saliba. Since he was busy with another customer, he asked Another salesman to helpme. Mr. Andrew Pappas was friendly,knowledgable and easy to work with. After I tested the car that I was interested in buying, Andrew asked me " what can we do to earn your business today?". This simple and honest question put me at ease. I didn't feel any pressure to buy as it is custom at a car dealer. I would definitely recommend Colonial as a a car dealer, and specially Mr. Andrew Pappas to future car buyers. More

great experience I love my new Beetle. I went to Colonial and met Tim Barnes and he helped me get out of my car that I didn't like and into the Beetle even though I on I love my new Beetle. I went to Colonial and met Tim Barnes and he helped me get out of my car that I didn't like and into the Beetle even though I only had my car for 2 years. It was great working with Tim and Tony Strozina, they made the whole thing happen and I never felt pressure to do anything I didn't want to do. Tim explained everything to me and it was a very easy to get my new car. I will never go anyplace besides Colonial VW and tell everybody to go see Tim and Tony. More

Volkswagen Beetle Walked in at 8:00 am for an oil change on my Jetta and drove off at 11:00 in a new, used beetle. Mike Lodowsky caught me looking at the beetle in the Walked in at 8:00 am for an oil change on my Jetta and drove off at 11:00 in a new, used beetle. Mike Lodowsky caught me looking at the beetle in the showroom, as he was walking in the door to start the day. He said, jokingly, "is this your new car"? It has never been such an easy, pleasant experience buying a car before. Mike never gave me any pressure and he made things work. Love the Beetle and hope it works out as good as the Jetta did. At 203,000 miles it was time!! More
