Serviced my vehicle twice and they still didn’t solve my issue with engine lights on the dashboard. I’m going there a 3rd time and hopefully they’ll be able to solve my problem. Fairly easy car buying experience and I felt the price was fair. But this was the only time I've bought a car and never heard from the sales person again after signing a purchase agreement. Keys were left was fair. But this was the only time I've bought a car and never heard from the sales person again after signing a purchase agreement. Keys were left at front desk. A little more desired in terms of communication. Car registration was fumbled a bit, after that I never heard back again fron sales person. Other than that it was an overall good experience. Their finance person was great, he's very friendly and personable, great communication. Offered different add ons warranty options. Nothing was high pressure. I would absolutely work with him again. Very pleasant and responsive to any questions I had. Minor issue with sensor in the car - I tried to get in touch. Left a VM 2 days ago but no call back. Just went ahead and scheduled a service appt. Dylan in their service Dept is a Rockstar. so I'm hopeful the issue will be resolved. I take my other cars here, customer service in their service dept is top notch. More
