awful customer service my wife and i are in the process of buying a new car. when we were working with will at colonial west, things were fine. we did not agree on the numbe my wife and i are in the process of buying a new car. when we were working with will at colonial west, things were fine. we did not agree on the numbers, but he was kind and considerate. however, he stepped away and another "manager" walked in and started talking aggressively. when i asked him to write down the numbers on a piece of paper, he would not. i said we will buy a car, i just need to see how you came up with the numbers, he said, "NOTHING IS SIMPLE WITH YOU!" and insulted my wife and me. i will be buying my car from another dealership.
