Crooks with a smile This dealership is a bunch of crooks like the rest of them except they do it with a smile consistently. They brag about being family owned and caring This dealership is a bunch of crooks like the rest of them except they do it with a smile consistently. They brag about being family owned and caring about customers but its all xx. The salesman Lewis was unprofessional. He will never call (while working a deal) or return your call if you call him multiple times. Right after I bought my car and took it for a wash I discovered it has a leak in the front windshield. I got a hold of Lewis and told him to see if there was anything they could do and he stated he would talk to the windshield guy to see when he was in and call me right back to let me know so I could come back in and get it fixed. I never heard from him. I called back multiple times for over a week and got another person telling me he wasn't in or they would send me straight to voicemail. GREAT. When I was working the deal they xxxxed me over on my trade in as well. I knew my cars value and did all the research. When the Manager (who prices the trades) came to talk to me on my trade he offered me 17k. He showed me everything that was wrong with it (which I was aware of) and tried to justify the offer. The repairs were going to be less than 3k and the car was on the market (within a 500 mile radius) retailing for 26-29k. I showed him various other ones (similar miles and spec) going for an average of 28k! All I wanted was around 20 and these xxxxxxxx then refered to telling me the car would sit in their lot for a long time because it was winter and it was rear wheel drive. Excuses one after the other. My trade ended up being sold for 28.5k in less than two months!! JUST LIKE I TOLD THEM WOULD HAPPEND!! xxxx these lying xxxxs I will never go back or refer anyone here . More

We had multiple conversations with Eric about features, asking about any issues, faults, problems, etc. After reassurances that there were absolutely no issues, we decided to purchase. It was shipped to us and upon arrival we noted a bad turn signal. We contacted the dealership and was told to have it fixed and they would cover it. Took it to a dealership and was told $800 for parts and labor stating it wasn't a bulb, it was the whole fixture. They didn't want to pay that so came back and said they would ship us a new fixture but we would have to pay labor to have it installed. In the mean time, this car will not pass inspection without a working turn signal. We got the fixture and went to a dealer closer to us who informed us the car had been wrecked and the issue wasn't with the fixture. When the car was repaired, it was not put back together properly and a terminal was pinched. We contacted Oscar and told him the car had been wrecked and improperly fixed. He informed us that they have no legal obligation to inform us that a car has been in an accident. He indicated we should return the fixture since it wasn't needed and he would reimburse us the cost of the fixture once he got his refund from E-bay. We had to pay for this repair out of our own pocket before the car would pass inspection for us to legally register it. We will never deal with them again. They obviously don't stand behind their vehicles. Don't ever accept what they tell you at face value. Customer service makes or breaks you. Lesson learned for us, don't trust what they tell you and never buy without your own inspection. There is not enough room here to go into further detail, but we feel misled and deceived. When you ask specific, detailed questions and are given answers, you should be able to depend on the accuracy of those answers. We would rate zero if we could. More

We took it for a test drive a found a couple of items that needed repair. After a little of negotiating this dealership agreed to fix the items. This was put in writing and signed by Ali Awada (President) on the buyers order. One of the items was that the sun roof would no work. After over five weeks we were called and notified that the car was fixed and everything had been repaired and the car was ready for us close on the deal. (Please note this and don’t complete any transaction until you are satisfied with their work. We arrived at the dealership to find out that none of the items had been repaired). The sun roof would only work properly part of the time. We explained this to the salesman and were referred to David Russman (Sales Manager). We explained the issues to him and we were told that this was a consignment unit and he would call the owner of this unit. Mr. Russman returned and explained to us, “The owner has spent a lot of money trying to fix the sunroof on this car and would not spend a penny more on it”. We asked about the contract that we had sighed to purchase this car and were told by Mr. Russman “that what we signed was not a contract but buyers agreement, so we could take the car with the sunroof broken as is or walk away. The dealership cannot make the owner fix or sale us the car”. We opted to walk away and not purchase a car that needed further repairs done. Please keep this in mind when dealing with the car dealership. More
Waste of Time Called about a vehicle that I was interested in and went to go see it. Eric, the sales rep, was great and worked hard to show us several vehicles. We Called about a vehicle that I was interested in and went to go see it. Eric, the sales rep, was great and worked hard to show us several vehicles. We selected once we were interested in and I informed him of my trade. Apparently only managers make decisions here (tactic almost every dealership uses to make the salesperson look like they are on the side of the customer) and the manager returns a laughable, and honestly insulting offer on our trade. We abandon the trade idea as it's obvious the car lot doesn't want it and make an offer on the vehicle we are interested in. BTW, this vehicle was priced over $4K above any website's fair market price. We made an offer that was VERY fair based on the fair market price (in all truth, our offer was still high) and I was told that the vehicle did not belong to the car lot and was being sold for someone else. Of course the offer comes back denied with the owner saying they were firm on price. So basically, the dealer was simply making it so that I had no grounds for which to negotiate. If they employ this many shady tactics, you can be sure they do lots more to maximize their profit over customer satisfaction. Looks like a big, legit dealer but these guys are no better than the known rip-off spots. More

Put $500 down for a deposit, booked my flight for 2, schedule vacation from work, made plans to pickup the vehicle. The day before my flight they called me that they "accidentally" sold the vehicle for 1K more to someone else. Now they are holding my deposit hostage. Called the manager Oscar who blew me off. Ruined my day. I hope no one else goes through this. AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS, they are not honest and have no business ETHICS. More

Complete Rip Off We bought a 2012 Toyota Tacoma with 38K miles on it in Jan, bought it back within weeks heard engine knocking. Was advised that everything was fine. T We bought a 2012 Toyota Tacoma with 38K miles on it in Jan, bought it back within weeks heard engine knocking. Was advised that everything was fine. Took the vehicle to a Toyota Dealership and was advised we needed a new engine and that the oil pressure sensor was removed so that no codes would come up. Colorado Auto Finders is not taking any responsibility for selling us a bad product. They advised us that nothing was wrong with the truck when we bought it and their mechanics looked over it. I would not buy a car from here and I would not have any cars serviced here. More

The owners know be by name, always welcome my kids and make me feel like I want to do business there. I should point out that I live 120 miles from the dealership and this is where I go. Check them out. You may be as pleased as I am. Oh, last week I was in Denver and stopped in when I saw a vehicle out front. One of the owners, Ali, stopped what he was doing thanked me for my recent Beemer purchase, which he was not present but knew that I had bought one. Great people. Great service. Check them out!! More
