He was knowledgeable, professional, and honestly pretty convincing. He even managed to convince my dad, which is saying something. I ended up getting the car cause he offered me the best deal i ever saw and I’m really happy with how everything worked out. It’s a very unfortunate experience when your hard earned money doesn’t get you proper service or respect when making a big purchase for your family. We had the misfortune of being deceived, disrespected, an money doesn’t get you proper service or respect when making a big purchase for your family. We had the misfortune of being deceived, disrespected, and disregarded by Jonathan (GM) and Cameron (salesman) at Colorado auto finders, when we originally went to this dealership to try to support local. Instead, we were given false promises, false timelines, and disgraceful attitudes when trying to get the issues stated in our contract addressed. We were promised our car would be detailed, the broken seat would be fixed, and the lettering decals would be fixed before we picked up our car on Saturday (especially given that we live over 40 minutes away with a very young child). Instead, we received none of the three, an empty tank of gas, empty washer fluid, a dead key fob battery and only learned there was a missing key fob after everything was signed. Also, come to find out the car was never serviced so we had to pay exorbitant amounts of money to have the transmission fluid and brakes serviced. Very deceitful practices, now we have to spend extra time, gas, and money driving the car back and forth to the dealership to deal with these problems during our very limited time off from work (hoping that they’ll honor their promises this second time around). These people make you feel like they’re doing you a favor when all you’re requesting is basic standards of practice. Never have I ever bought a car and had it be given to me as dirty and broken as this one was, when it was explicitly stated these issues would be resolved before pickup. There’s a reason the “sleazy used car salesman” stereotype exists. If you don’t stand by your word, you don’t stand for anything. Please save your family the stress and money and go elsewhere, you deserve much better. Also, requesting pictures of our social security cards via text after they’ve established they are not reputable and horrible rapport? Absolute joke. More

After looking around at the price of engine replacement elsewhere, I am now confident they took care of me as a repeat, and now lifetime customer. It is great having a local business that you can actually interact with. Again, they saved my car that was DOA in their lot. The new engine I have feels tighter, sounds less loud, isn't having weird elevated levels in the tachometer as before, and is driving basically like a new car. Thanks Ali and team. More
