This was my fourth visit for scheduled maintenance. I had a claim reference number on file regarding paint and side mirror issues. Unfortunately, the initial service advisor who assisted me was not very friendly or helpful. She simply stated that the issues were not covered under warranty and that I would need to pay out of pocket. When I asked if she could take photos and escalate the matter to the manufacturer, she declined and instead questioned whether I had purchased the car new. Thankfully, another gentleman joined the conversation briefly and provided some helpful information—thank you to him for that. While waiting in the lobby, the original advisor called my name and said my car was ready. However, when I went to the window to collect the paperwork, it wasn’t actually ready. I ended up waiting over two hours in the lobby. When the car was finally ready, the person at the window did not explain what services had been performed. I strongly recommend that the service center adopt a more customer-friendly approach and ensure that customers are clearly informed about the work done on their vehicles. That said, I want to mention that my first three visits were excellent—great service and smooth experiences all around. More
The people in the service department have been great. This last visit I left disappointed for the first time. The individuals were great as always but the service received wasn't. I brought my vehicle in for routine service and was advised of a repair that needed to be completed. I opted to have the additional repair completed. After spending almost $2700, I left and my vehicle began shaking on the drive home. I called and needed to bring the vehicle back. I brought it back the following morning and the problem was the balancing on the tires after the rotation service was complete. It took almost 2 hours to fix and another $53. Would have been nice to get it right the first time and in the first $2700. More
