But then, when you need service, the Columbia team delivers! Recent example: I was trying to update the navigation system myself (bought the data DVDs). The included instructions were inscrutable, and even though they were not making any money, the entire team was very helpful! I stopped by the dealership, and Service Manager Alex patiently explained the process how to install the updates. I purchased a Certified used rdx from this dealership and found a couple of paint problems and was told it would not be a problem, even had it in writing well that was a lie they touched up 1 spot in the par found a couple of paint problems and was told it would not be a problem, even had it in writing well that was a lie they touched up 1 spot in the parking lot wrong color and a big run and done nothing else to the other 2 then I noticed a crack in the windshield and they said their was nothing that could be done for that it was my problem and I cracked it I was able to contact the previous owner and they said that it was there when they traded it in but the deaaler did not care it was my problem, I pointed out in the certified paperwork that glass has to be replaced and the sailsman would not even look at the paperwork acura had supplied me. Just a real nightmare never purchase a vehicle from them again. Contacted acura and they are looking into it. Hope they can help.This salesman sucked. More
