My vehicle was inspected for the cylinder head cover oil leak, campaign 976. Austin told me parts on order (alternator cover). Only disappointment is that the alternator is protected gasket will continue to leak, campaign 976. Austin told me parts on order (alternator cover). Excellent visit. I own a Hyundia Ioniq 5, so had to come in for a software update. The dealership was very informative about the time it would for the update. The only complaint was in the "waiting lobby", where couple of guys were talking, very loudly, about their personal lives, politics, and religion. I rather not listen to all of that. Was very irritating. Not the dealership's fault, but maybe a sign that says that this is a quite zone would help. Some of us were working at the desks in the lobby. Just a suggestion. More

A little disappointed this trip. Neglected to reset maintenance info on the car, left the old sticker in the window and didn’t wash my vehicle. They were very nice at drop off. At pick up, agent continued a personal call for several minutes while I was waiting. Also thought the cost was way too high for what I had done.
