Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, car wash. Waited close to 1-1/2 hours & I had an appointment. When I was told I was ready to go, I noticed the car hadn’t been washed but I thought it was no b Waited close to 1-1/2 hours & I had an appointment. As expensive as it was I thought it was in the total. The advisor said they would bring it back & do it but I didn’t have another 1-1/2 hours to sit there. Now I’ve got to make an appointment (elsewhere) & sit again! Will not return to this service department More
