They called after several hours and said they couldn't do any of the repairs because they didn't have the parts. Why didn't they check that before wasting a big chunk of my time? Interestingly, they found $3,000 worth of other items they recommended I do. My experience with Columbia and the Josephs spans 30 years and it has always been excellent. Not this time. More
