Making the deal on my vehicle was a smooth experience - definitely 5 stars. But after that, the service really fell off. I had to follow up with my rep multiple times to get my vehicle delivered, and never definitely 5 stars. But after that, the service really fell off. I even left him a voicemail looking to buy another car for a family member and he never returned it. Very odd. More

The 50,000 mileage check up was excellent.
