Repair was projected to take 2 1/2 weeks. 12 weeks later received car back while still waiting on replacement part to complete work. Will never buy another Acura vehicle. Jamey Moore was an excellent Service Mangaer during my visit. He was very pleasant to work this. Tiffany Mair is also an amazing Service Manager. I thought I had a potential fuel leak in my Acura and b visit. He was very pleasant to work this. Tiffany Mair is also an amazing Service Manager. I thought I had a potential fuel leak in my Acura and brought it to the service department. I told Tiffany I was concerned about the issue because I was about to go on a road trip. She got down on her hands and knees to look at the tank and also had the service mechanic put it up on a rack to verify there wasn’t a leak somewhere. Exceptional customer service and provided peace of mind! More
