Actually not the best. My trip there was a result of a lack of service 60 days ago. Then the dealership tried to deny the previous shotty service. This service center is very responsive and professional. They provided accurate service times and estimates. They recently updated the customer waiting room which is very nice. I had two separate issues when picking up my vehicle; My car was parked behind another car that had been serviced but they couldn't find the keys to move the other car out of the way, which delayed my ability to leave by more than 40 minutes. The second time, after having a warranty repair done on my vehicle's radio, I was told my car was parked in the service area, but it was not there. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my car to be brought around for me to pick i up. Everyone was courteous and apologetic. I just wish they had their act together in this respect. Would also be nice if they had cleaned the vehicle like the used to do as a courtesy. More

Dealership did a good job providing my maintenance service. Wait time was not too bad and nice comfortable waiting area is a plus. However, I was offered free car wash but my car was not washed. Recently had my car in for an oil change and regular maintenance. When I left the dealership my car had a strong burning smell and smoke coming from under the hood and I had to immediately turn back. Turns out the technician spilled oil all over the engine compartment and didn't even attempt to clean it off. They also had offered to wash my car and then didn't. This was my second service here. The first time I dropped my car off for a scheduled oil change, picked up my car and got it home only to discover they never actually did an oil change so I had to bring it all the way back (3 hours of driving in total there and back). If the service wasn't complimentary with the vehicle I purchased I would not use this place. More
