Recently had my car in for an oil change and regular maintenance. When I left the dealership my car had a strong burning smell and smoke coming from under the hood and I had to immediately turn back. Turns out the technician spilled oil all over the engine compartment and didn't even attempt to clean it off. They also had offered to wash my car and then didn't. This was my second service here. The first time I dropped my car off for a scheduled oil change, picked up my car and got it home only to discover they never actually did an oil change so I had to bring it all the way back (3 hours of driving in total there and back). If the service wasn't complimentary with the vehicle I purchased I would not use this place. More

Great dealership. Recently they stopped giving loaner cars. They said my service would take 1 hour and loaners are reserved for services 2 hours or more. Scheduled my car to address some recalls, which took several months before I could get in. I was told the appointment would only take 2 hours on the phone, and it ended up taking 4 hours. I understand these recalls have caused massive backlogs, but this time frame was overbooked to begin with so it was set up to take longer than I had originally planned, and as a result I was late getting back to work. This to me is unacceptable, so I will not be continuing business with this location moving forward. More
