They recommended services that I already had finished. They did not check my account to see that they were already done. If they would’ve looked at my account they would’ve known that. My estimate was $2500. I only needed work that cost $413. I have other things to check out that I can get done somewhere else. More
I had a recall on my car and scheduled a time to come in for the service. Everyone was polite and helpful getting me checked in and I then took a seat in the waiting area expecting a 90 min to 2 hour servic for the service. In just under an hour, Brindle came out, said everything was done and I could be on my way. Friendly folks. Quicker-than-expected service. And my "issue" resolved. Couldn't ask for anything more. I leased a car and was told they had to sell it for the asking price and there is no negotiating. Lie #1. I was told it had special white paint on it and it would cost me extra. I was charged $400 for lie #2. At the last minute I was told if I didn't buy the car after the lease, it would cost me another $400. I can hardly wait to see how much more this lease will cost me when I finally walk out the door. More
