Columbia Acura Service Center is wonderful. Jayme is always helpful with finding a time based on my schedule for me to bring my car in. I truly feel respected and I respect the people that work in the Service Center. This last visit was a B1. During the check-up, they found my brakes were going bad. Jamey explained everything to me AND provided me with a loaner vehicle which allowed the work to be done at this appointment. This is my second Acura (my husband has my first one)....I can go anywhere to buy a new car and to get my car serviced, but I choose to go to Columbia because of the way they serve their customers. Another point I want to share is I had to reschedule my appointment and I left a message for Jamey. He called me back in a very timely manner and was able to find a time that would meet my schedule. He always greets me by name. THANK YOU! More

I was left waiting for my car to be finished for an extra 45 minutes. The advisor said she called my name...other advisors stopped and spoke to the others waiting. I had received a coupon for a 49.95 oil 45 minutes. The advisor said she called my name...other advisors stopped and spoke to the others waiting. I had received a coupon for a 49.95 oil change. I was told my coupon was outdated (I had it for a couple, maybe three weeks) and they gave me $10.00 off which made it over $65.00. Last oil change (I bring the car in every 10,000 miles...the advisor told me that there is no 70,000 mile oil change...rude! I think I am to have the oil changed every 10,000. I love my car...just not the dealer. Sorry! I will probably start going to an independent repair shop that I have trusted for years. More
