I took my 2017 Sante Fe Sport in for a 60,000 maintenance check. For $806, this is what I got: Oil Change New Cabin Air Filter New Engine Air Filter Flush & Fill Tire Rotation It cost $106 for part check. For $806, this is what I got: Oil Change New Cabin Air Filter New Engine Air Filter Flush & Fill Tire Rotation It cost $106 for parts, and a outrageous $796 for labor. I even have the Hyundai Platinum Extended Warranty. Will never bring it to this Hyundai Dealer again More
Great service, was able to schedule a time to test drive a specific car we wanted. Showed up and it was pulled around front for us. We were given the keys and a tag and left to put the car through the ringe a specific car we wanted. Showed up and it was pulled around front for us. Misinformed of wait time for recall work. When making appointment told it would take about an hour; then, when I arrived told it could take from 3 hours to the end of the day. This is WRONG. Additionally, the individual checking in our car was very rude and condescending after being told about the 1 hour. Very poor customer service. Will NOT go back to this dealership for new car. More
I just leased my 6th MDX from Greg at Columbia. The experience, from start to finish, was pleasant as it has always been. IMO, the MDX is still the best value in the luxury SUV category.
