I'm really happy with the work, and they finished it much faster than I expected. The people I interacted with, though, seemed like they were annoyed they had to deal with customers. One, the procedure for dropping your car off isn't clear. I realize the employees do this all day every day. But this is a one-time thing for me. I don't automatically know how to fit in with your procedure. Sorry. Really, the entire time I was there, it was like I was interrupting more important work that they were doing. I received a lot of side-eye, and the employees seemed perturbed by everything. It was like dealing with a customer was a chore. I'm a chill, go with the flow type person. College-educated. this was a great experience. I had previously gone to another cincinnati acura dealership where i purchased the vehicle, and had a very negative experience. I am someone who really cares about my car and takes great care of it and they made me feel like they understood that and would take great care of it. I had my car towed o Columbia Acura on a Wednesday night because I had a 8:30 appointment the next day. A representative called me first thing Thursday morning told me that he was calling to get permission because I had a 8:30 appointment the next day. A representative called me first thing Thursday morning told me that he was calling to get permission to do a diagnostic on my car and the diagnostic alone would cost $165. I agreed. He said he would call back and let me know what they found out. I did not hear any thing by 4:30 that afternoon so I called and much to my surprise, They had not even looked at my car. A rep called me by 5pm that day and said, they were swamped that day and they would give me a call 1st thing in the morning to let me know what they found out!! I did not hear from them until 4pm the next day and by then I was on my way out there to pick up my vehicle! The cost was $195 and not what I was originally quoted!! I'm done with Columbia Acura!!!!! More
