I clearly stated prior to service that I didn't want to go through with the appt if the vehicle could not be aligned because I had another service center check the alignment previously and they said it was go through with the appt if the vehicle could not be aligned because I had another service center check the alignment previously and they said it was not able to be aligned but to their credit they did not charge me. Columbia Acura on Montgomery assured me that there service tech was very skilled and it definitely could be aligned. After not being able to align the car properly they wanted to charge more money. When I declined they still charged me. I have never paid so much for nothing in return. When your focus resides on making money rather than providing value to your customer, your business will suffer every time. More
