The customer service reps are always very friendly. I waited on my car and the experience was enjoyable between the wait time and amenities at the dealership. My one issue is that on my last 3 visits, I waited on my car and the experience was enjoyable between the wait time and amenities at the dealership. My one issue is that on my last 3 visits, the maintenance tech said my tires were in the orange, and should be replaced soon. But on this visit they’re magically in the green with at least half of their life left. I was fully prepared to receive quotes for new tires. I just don’t like the inconsistency. More

They took 2 hours for a service that always took 50 mins in others service providers. Obviously, it took two hours as the service guys stopped like 3 times to smoke during those 2 hours. Of course, they charged according to those labor hand hours, therefore brutally expensive. Never coming back. More

Customer service/mechanics is very bad. Everyone is on their cell phone and a lack of communication. To get an appointment is months out then when you get one they lie about the service.
