I want to like it. No appointments for oil change. I called and confirmed not busy. Still took close to 2 hours for oil change, tire rotation and wash. Several had problems taking a lot of time. Charged me over $100 for an included service. Had to go back to service advisor then again waited in line for cashier who had trouble again with my paperwork.
