This is our 3rd car with Columbia Hyundai and with Ken Ogden. They are fabulous and it was quick and fast. Had an appointment for fuel pump recall. Waited an hour for them to tell me they didn’t have the part to fix it. Not the first time I’ve had issues with this dealership. Absolutely hate their phone system! I set up a visit for a recall fix and dropped my car off (after scheduling via the automated system two weeks prior) only to learn they did not have I set up a visit for a recall fix and dropped my car off (after scheduling via the automated system two weeks prior) only to learn they did not have the part needed for the repair and I would have to reschedule. VERY ANNOYING. I had even included in my comments on the system while booking that I would be coming in for a recall. That said, Jamie, was able to rectify my issue by taking the part they had ordered for someone else and using it on my car. This was a great solution and saved me the time and inconvenience of having to come back which I really appreciated. However, if Columbia Acura either a) had a person take their calls or b) reviewed the automated messages, the whole mix-up could have been avoided. I would expect a better system from a premium brand. More
