Salesperson & Test drive went smoothly. The process got off the rails in finance. Held us there at the d-ship way to long only to find out the system for the deal was down. Then there was a price change. Gave multiple people the opportunity to set this deal right and not a one would help. Shame on the manager for not having his ear to the sales floor to intercept problems like mine that could have been solved with the offer of floor mats or an oil change. Sad really the customer focus is missing by leadership. I would love to talk to a GM or Joseph family executive to help salvage my bad feelings. We shall see who watches these surveys. Final point watch the F&I guy. There are other places to buy. More
