Joe went above and beyond trying to get my G 90 Genesis repair parts delivered and installed. He could not get the parts delivered in my short period of time in Cincinnati but is having the parts delivered repair parts delivered and installed. The worst service experience ever! Zero communication between the service department and us. We found out what was going on with our repair from our insurance company, Zero phone calls Zero communication between the service department and us. We found out what was going on with our repair from our insurance company, Zero phone calls in the 4 weeks they had our suv, other than someone asking how our service was before we got the car back. We received an email asking to review our service, yet nobody called to let us know the car was done! It took over a week to have the suv taken over to the body shop for repairs after the recalls were done. I thought the body shop would be better, but again, no phone calls. We had to do all the calling. We will never take any vehicle back to Columbia. More
My 30min or so oil change took almost 2 hours, they ran out of oil and had to go somewhere and get some. Then as I was driving away, my low windshield fluid light came on and was marked as filled up.
