I had tried to schedule my first routine maintenance at a more local Hyundai dealership, but they couldn't squeeze in my basic oil change for 2 whole weeks, and I was in immediate need of the oil change due more local Hyundai dealership, but they couldn't squeeze in my basic oil change for 2 whole weeks, and I was in immediate need of the oil change due to mileage. I called Columbia, where I had originally purchased my car, explained the urgency, and they told me to bring it in, same-day. Each person that I spoke with was very polite and helpful. It did take a little while for them to finish the service, but they were admittedly very busy, and I can't knock them for that. They even washed my car for me, and I wasn't expecting that kind of luxury treatment. They didn't have to do anything other than change my oil, but they went that little extra, and I really appreciate it. So far, I have had nothing but good things to say about Hyundai as a car manufacturer, or Colombia as one of their dealerships. Both the sales, and the service departments seem to reflect what I'd expect from a company when making such an important and expensive investment as buying a new car.
