Very disappointed Requested that a sticker not be placed on my windshield because I have a ceramic tint and requested that they not wash my car. Even though my service advisor plainly wrote in blue placed on my windshield because I have a ceramic tint and requested that they not wash my car. Even though my service advisor plainly wrote in blue marker across the order my requests--Well when I picked up my car...It HAD been WASHED and a another STICKER placed over the one they had put on previously. I received a were sorry...and one of the advisors tried to remove it. I asked them not to do that because they could damage the tint. Very Very disappointed. Let me be clear my advisor Carmella was nice, helpful and very professional. The manager and the other advisor nice as well. But I don't understand why the technicians don't read the TICKET. Does good customer service exist anymore? More
