Poor customer service, charging high rates for work with little done and zero follow up on issues. They've chosen to take zero accountability for manufacturer defects that have not been already recalled or little done and zero follow up on issues. The only option I've been left with is to follow up with corporate on my own, which if could customer service existed at this dealer could have been initiated from the dealer. More
