I had a recall on my car and scheduled a time to come in for the service. Everyone was polite and helpful getting me checked in and I then took a seat in the waiting area expecting a 90 min to 2 hour servic for the service. They recommended services that I already had finished. They did not check my account to see that they were already done. They suggested I change the front pads on my front brakes but I got them done somew They did not check my account to see that they were already done. If they would’ve looked at my account they would’ve known that. My estimate was $2500. I only needed work that cost $413. I have other things to check out that I can get done somewhere else. More
