Oil was overfilled at scheduled service unbeknownst to me, car started running rough, smoke coming from car two days later, had to have car towed back to Columbia Acura, serviced again and they admitted a me, car started running rough, smoke coming from car two days later, had to have car towed back to Columbia Acura, serviced again and they admitted all caused by their overfilling of oil and I was reassured no damage was done to car and no future issues to be caused by this. Should be reimbursed for tow and all service charges, but no one has contacted me. More

Car had to be towed to the dealership twice within a two week span. The first time, I was told that it was a sensor that they would replace, the second time was the same issue, and the representative told m week span. The first time, I was told that it was a sensor that they would replace, the second time was the same issue, and the representative told me that there was a class action lawsuit and my car's symptoms perfectly fit those, so it would probably be covered (and that replacing the sensor was the correct 'first step' towards addressing the issue). However, they have now had my car for 8 weeks. Of those 8 weeks, they were EXTREMELY difficult to get a hold of for updates, lost my car (on their own lot) for four days (didn't even call me to let me know they found it -- I had to go to the dealership, find my own car, and let them know where it was), and then now at the end of the 8 weeks, have told me that "there is nothing wrong with your car, but as a *favor* we will only charge you $165" Service department is incredibly difficult to get a hold of, does not return phone calls, and offer no suggestions or alternatives for why my car has broken down repeatedly to the point of needing to be towed in. After this series of interactions, I would strongly recommend that you do not buy from Hyundai, and especially not from this dealership. More
